Chinese company Vivo is all set to unveil V5 and V5 plus smartphone on November 15. One of the leading Website Phone Radar has revealed that smartphone will come up with rich camera and 20-megapixel front camera.
Vivo V5 will include all-metal body with a fingerprint sensor integrated within the home button under the display. It features a 5.5-inch HD display and run on Android Marshmallow with company's in-house OS on top. Vivo V5 is powered by Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz and coupled with Adreno 510 GPU. The smartphone comes with 4GB RAM and 32GB ROM which is expandable up to 128 GB using a microSD card.
Talking about camera specifications, Vivo V5 sports 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and is backed by 3000mAh battery. The phone will come with 4G VoLTE support and other connectivity options like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The phone may be priced at Rs 20,000 approximately.
The price of the smartphone V5 Plus has been fixed at Rs 25,000.
In 2014, the company unveiled V3 and V3 Max in India. The company priced the Vivo V3 at Rs 17,980 whereas the V3 Max comes with a price tag of Rs 23,980. The smartphones boasts full-metal unibody and a 360-degree fingerprint recognition scanner.
V3 and V3 Max includes 13-megapixel camera on the rear with dual-LED flash and phase detect autofocus, along with an 8-megapixel camera on the front. The phones run Android 5.1 Lollipop-based FunTouch OS 2.5 and support 4G LTE connectivity option
