Chinese smartphone maker company Vivo India is likely to launch its new handset Vivo V9 on Tuesday in Indian markets at an event that will take place on March 23. The company will unveil this handset with vertical dual rear camera setup, bezel-less display (with notch) features.
Vivo India announced this news on Twitter but the costing details of the smartphone hasn’t been revealed yet. The cellphone was recently spotted on Indonesian e-commerce portal with a cost of IDR 4,999,000 (approx Rs. 23,700) in the Southeast Asian country.
The listing reveals that the handset will involve 6-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a pixel resolution of 1080×2160. It will support Snapdragon 660 SoC and come with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage. It features dual camera setup of 12-megapixel and 8-megapixel. On the front, it will boast 24-megapixel wide-angle camera to take selfies. The handset will include Face Unlock, fingerprint sensor, fast charging feature. It runs Android 8.0 Oreo based on FunTouch 4.0 OS.
