Vivek Oberoi’s role in new web series is inspired by former IPL chairman Lalit Modi?

Performing artist Vivek Oberoi's character in the performer's debut web series is apparently enlivened by previous Indian Premiere League (IPL) chairman Lalit Modi.

Is “Bulleya” from “ADHM” copied?

Bangistan executive Karan Anshuman's 12-section web series, titled Power Play depends on cricket competition Indian Premiere League (IPL) and the debates encompassing it in the recent years.

Featuring Vivek, Richa Chadda, Angad Bedi and Gulshan Devaiah, the web series is delivered by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's Excel Entertainment.

Vivek's, 40, character is propelled by the previous corrupted cricket chairman, says sources. No official affirmation with respect to it has originated from the producers yet.

Mr Modi was sacked in 2010 as Commissioner of the IPL after he was named in an embarrassment in the IPL over asserted IRS evasion. He is at present on a deliberate outcast in UK.

In the interim, Richa's character is said to be roused by Preity Zinta, who co-claims IPL group Kings XI Punjab while Angad's part is approximately displayed on Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

Gulshan will play a cricketer with dim shades. The web arrangement is being shot in Mumbai and it may go on air before the current year's over.
