Indian cricket team is trying their best to get a fast bowling coach. On Sunday, Chief Coach Anil Kumble and skipper Virat Kohli converse the matter with the Committee of Administrators (CoA) and signals revealed that the BCCI is in deal, as per the sources.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) didn’t mention a substitute to Bharat Arun when they selected Kumble as descendant to Ravi Shastri in the month of June last year. Currently, India has eminent bowlers including Umesh Yadav, Mohammed Shami, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, Ishant Sharma and all rounder Hardik Pandya.
Kumble and Kohli also sought batting coach Sanjay Bangar to be chosen as assistant coach and salaried between Rs 3-4 crore but the Committee of Administrators (CoA) has not taken decision yet.
Kumble and Kohli, who also directed the COA for a big salary hike to the team, demanded the BCCI to henceforth choose only expert administrator as India team manager and not give away the job to any cricket official.
