New Delhi : Former Pakistani cricketer Imran Khan has joined the list of experts who have become a huge fan of Virat Kohli's batting. With the Sachin-Virat comparison becoming as common as the latter's on-field heroics, everyone, from fans to experts, wants to chip in with their opinion. Speaking to a news paper, the cricketer-turned-politician said that Kohli was better than the Master Blaster in terms of batting under precarious circumstances.
He also opined that unlike Sachin, Virat's game becomes more refined under pressure and thus enables him to save the team from possible defeat. He further added that Virat is a 'complete batsman' whose movement around the crease is brilliant which helps him to dispatch the ball in every area of the field. Imran, who attended the T20 World Cup in India, was disappointed with the condition of his home team and hoped that there is a bilateral series between India and Pakistan soon. Kohli was a run-machine in the recently concluded IPL 2016, where he amassed 943 runs for Royal Challengers Bangalore, which included record four centuries.
