The idea of fresh food being served at your table sure tempts your Stomach but when you see your food moving …will it still be tempting?
Recently in Japan, fresh food has got a different meaning altogether.
A person in Japan discovered that his clam sushi or “hokkigai” was still moving when it was served. In a video that was on twitter posted by Twitter user named “shoumizo3446”, a clam sitting on top of sushi rice was still wriggling when it reached the serving plate. The video taken at Sushiro Restaurant in Japan, shows the writhing clam being poked by chopsticks as customers were laughing their heart out.
