Potatoes – 5 (boiled)
Peas – 1/2 cup (boiled)
Carrot – 1 (grated)
Capsicum – 1 (finely chopped)
Garlic, Ginger Paste – 1/2 Tablespoon
Flour – 2 Tablespoons
Paneer – 1/2 cup (grated)
Besan – 2 tbsp
Brad Krams – 1/2 Cup
As salt requirement
Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
First mash the boiled potatoes and mix it with carrot, shimla, peas, chili, ginger, red chillies and salt.
Now mix gram flour in a vessel and make a paste of pakoda.
Make balls made by mashed potato with a small round shape.
Now dip these balls in gram flour and keep them in the fridge for 20-30 minutes, wrapping them in a fine slice of bread.
Heat oil in a pan and fry until these nuggets are golden brown.
When they are well fried, heat them hot with sauce or sauce.
