Union Minister Mr Rathore: I don’t think there is any black money used in film industry


Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore today looked to rectify the negativepublic perfection that black money is pumped into movies, and said the business is probably going to profit by demonetisation.

"The film business has been executing through checks and cash credited from banks. We used to earlier hear that the black money is pumped in the film business.

"I don't think in this age there is any black moneyutilized as a part of the film business. There will be straightforwardness in the film subsidizing because of which great movies will get the support," Mr Rathore said conversing with the correspondents on the sidelines of continuous International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Panaji.

"It is a collaboration when film is created. Appropriate from the spot kid to the film star, everybody works. On the off chance that cash is moved in their record specifically then they will get the correct rates, particularly for those working at lower rung. The business will get the support because of demonetisation," he said.

Asserting that there are a ton of advantages connected with demonetisation and financial changes that are being infused by the Center, Mr Rathore said certain area of individuals who were running parallel economy have now vanished.

"There will be effect of demonetisation on fear mongering, burglary, dacoity, utilization of medications, wrongdoing rate.. Everything will be diminished once economy gets to be cashless, everything is interlinked," he included.
