Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh to raise Dawood issue with Pakistan during SAARC meet


Islamabad: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh during his conference of SAARC he is likely to discuss about the issue of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim.

In his visit, tight security has been made by the officials amid threats from Lashker-e-Taiba and Hizbul Mujahideen terror groups.

LeT founder Hafiz Saeed and Hizbul Mujahideen Chief Syed Salahuddin had alleged that nationwide protest will be conducted if Singh arrives in Islamabad.

On Wednesday, a protest was held by Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin agaist Home Minister Rajnath Singh who is in Islamabad to attend a two-day SAARC conclave on terrorism, drugs and human trafficking.

Around 2,000 of various terror groups protested outside the Islamabad airport at the two day meeting.
