Two jawans injured in militant strike at army camp : Jammu and Kashmir

Jammu: The Militants attacked an army camp in Nagrota in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday morning. The reports revealed that the attack began at around 4 am when militants started firing at near White Knight Corps in Nagrota.

Due to the incident, two-three suicide attackers are holed up in the area.

The schools have been shut down in the area. Currently, heavy firing is going on between the militants and security forces. Two  several jawans have been injured in the firing.

"A group of heavily armed militants, believed to be four-to-five in number, attacked the 166 field regiment camp in Nagrota area of Jammu today (Tuesday) morning," the police said.

The field regiment camp is located in the garrison town of Nagrota near the headquarters of army's 16 corps in the state.
