NEW DELHI: Two AAP volunteers were detained on the first day of Delhi Assembly’s special session for allegedly throwing pamphlets into the House from the visitors’ gallery. The protesters even yelled slogans against PWD Minister Satyendar Jain.
The culprits have been found as Jagdeep Rana, who had challenged the 2013 Assembly elections from Adarsh Nagar and the other being Rajan Madan. They were immediately detained by marshals. When they entered into the assembly from gallery, many MLAs came out and nearly three MLAs allegedly thrashed them.
On the other hand, AAP MLAs refused any part in the clashes, BJP legislators have directed for strict step against them.
Immediately, Rana was forced for the medical examination in an ambulance and Madan stayed inside the Assembly building. Afterward, the house directed that the two must be given imprisonment.
The declaration to jail the two protesters was taken by MLA Saurabh Bharadwaj after the house passed an order.
The duo had worn turbans in the House after the order by house. Goel stated that, the probe is in process. The strict measure will be taken against the culprit for entering into the house.
During the session, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was not present in the house. As per the reports, the pamphlets were being thrown as Asim Ahmed Khan was eliminated on the basis of an audio recording regardless of the proof against Jain. No step was being taken against him.

While the two blamed were still inside the house, suspended previous clergyman Kapil Mishra called the police charging that without their intercession the MLAs would have executed the dissidents. Notwithstanding, a few MLAs charged that the two were partners of Mishra.
