Twitter will ban Trump if he breaks hate speech rules


Twitter said it will ban anyone – including Donald Trump – if they break its hate speech rules.
Twitter said it will ban anyone, including government officials and the future President of the United States, if they break its rules.

“The Twitter Rules apply to all accounts,” the social platform told media.

In a statement given to Slate, Twitter highlighted some of the speech that is prohibited on its platform.

"The Twitter Rules deny savage dangers, provocation, derisive lead, and various record mishandle, and we will make a move on records abusing those arrangements," said Twitter.
