Barmer police has solved a case of murder that occurred around five days prior when three people were brutally killed under Sheo police headquarters area. On June 6, a man, his significant other and elderly mother were brutally killed with sticks. Barmer police have arrested two people on charges of murder. The explanation behind murder was cleaning of fields and an argument between daughter-in-law Bhuri Devi and two relatives.
Barmer SP Gagandeep Singhla said police have arrested two culprits for triple murder case. Vishnaram (87), resident of Fatehpura, on June 6 lodged a report at Bariyad police headquarters that he had gone out for two days to a relative’s home in Balasar town. Then, his son Nagaram (60), spouse Mirgo Devi (85) and daughter-in-law Bhuri Devi (56), were brutally killed by hanging upside down and beaten with sticks.
Vishnaram said that his better half was lying on the floor while his child was tied to a rod and Bhuri Devi was tied from roof and her mouth was additionally tied with a towel. Police have recorded a case under sections 458 and 302 of IPC.
The SP, looking to the seriousness of the case, framed seven teams for quick action.
The teams minutely investigated the spot and found that Bhuri Devi did not have cordial relations with anyone and when the neighbors would go to her fields, she used to abuse them.
Nagaram was mentally challenged and used to stay at home. Four days before the occurrence, Veerma Ram and Gomad Ram had come to Bariyad village from Sanawada for cleaning the fields. The duo was intensively interrogated and finally they accepted the crime and were arrested.
