Dr Sabeel Ahmed, supposedly a top terror operative has been arrested in Saudi Arabia. Ahmed was recognized for his role in employing Indian youth for Pakistan -based groups counting al Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS) and the Lashkar e Taiba (LeT). Sources has conveyed that, discreet confirmation is presently being demeanored with Saudi authorities to verify his identity and bring him back.
In June by Delhi police's Special Cell for his role as an AQIS member, ahmed was charge sheeted. A past Bangalore dweller, Ahmed's elder brother Kafeel had former carried out a suicide attack at UK's Glasgow airport on June 29, 2007, in which he died.
