Ingredients

Butter- 2 tbsps, capsicum-2 (chopped), onion-1 (chopped), garlic-2 buds, tomato puree-2, tbsps, paprika- 1 tsp, yellow plum tomato with basil flavor- 1 can, Vegetable broth- 1½ cups, Sugar – 1 tsp, salt – ½ teaspoon, red chili – ½ teaspoon, fresh cream – ½ cup, basil – ⅓ cup (chopped), Grilled cheese currants, for grilled cheese currants:, bouillon bread – 4 slices (toasted), garlic – 1 bud, cheddar cheese – 1¼ cup (chopped)

Method:

To make chunky tomato soup, first make cheese currants. To make it, first put a garlic paste on the bread and put it on a baking tray and put a little grated cheese on it. Now bake it in the oven until the cheese gets melted, now take it out of it and cut it in 1½ inch.

Now put a pan on the gas and pour butter in it, when butter melts, add 2 chopped capsicum and 1 onion and fry it. When the onions are fried, add 2 banana garlic, 2 tbsp of tomato puree and 1 tsp pepperica and cook it slightly.

Now add 1 can of basil flavor tomatoose, 1½ cup vegetable broth, 1 tsp sugar, ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon red chillies and run it well, and cook it for a while,

5- Now add ½ cup fresh cream and ⅓ cup basil in it, then add grilled cheese currants to it. Chunky Tomato Soup is ready.
