Ingredients:-

Fresh curd – 2 cups
Tomatoes – 2 (finely chopped)
coriander leaves – 1 spoon

Paprika and Red Pepper Soup with Pistachio Puree Recipe

Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)
Roasted cumin powder – 1 spoon
Black Salt
White salt

Method :-

Stir the fresh curd well. After that add finely chopped tomatoes to the curd.

Add chopped green chilies and roasted cumin powder to the mixture.

Recipe of Bulgur and Cashew Stuffed Eggplant!

Garnish it well with coriander leaves and add black salt to it from above.

Serve it with biryani. Your tomato Raita is ready.
