Wheat flour – 500 g

Dry coconut – 2 teaspoons

Sugar- 300 gms

Fennel- 1 Tablespoon

Oil – 2 Tablespoons

Green Cardamom Powder – 1/2 Tablespoon

Water – 1 cup

Semolina potato



Melt the sugar and water together, then turn off the flame and allow the mixture to cool.

Now interlock wheat, grinding coconut, cardamom powder, fennel and 2 teaspoons of oil.

Now mix sugar water with this dough and prepare soft dough. Press them with palms and apply light oil to the mold and keep the dough pressed in it.
