The Supreme Court adjourned the hearing till tomorrow on President’s Rule in Uttrakhand


Dehradun. The Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing till tomorrow on the President’s Rule in the state. The Supreme Court said that the Centre should think about Floor Test (To Prove Majority).  Citing the Supreme Court judgment, Rameshwar said, why not floor test be monitored by us. What the Supreme Court decides is the most awaited decision not just by BJP – Congress but by the whole state.

The Supreme Court has banned the trial of strength on April 29 and asked the centre the basis to apply President’s Rule simultaneously.  The Supreme Court asked seven questions in this regard.However, even the Attorney General was allowed to add other questions to which the government wants to be noticed. The court also said that it will not hand back the case to the Constitution and will deliver its judgment before the summer holidays. State’s eyes are pinned on the Supreme Court’s hearing scheduled to begin on Tuesday.
