Thai Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

Thai noodles-1 packet

Oil

Corn Pulao!

Capsicum 1 cup (finely chopped)

Mushroom 1 cup (finely chopped)

Garlic 1 cup (finely chopped)

Ginger Paste – One Tablespoon

Green onion – 1 cup (finely chopped)

Tamarind sauce – 3 teaspoons

Honey – Two Tablespoons

Soy Sauce – 2 Tablespoons

Green chilli

green coriander

Lemon juice – 3 teaspoons

Red Chili Powder – One Tablespoon

To make Thai noodles, first boil the noodles in water and filter them after boiling and remove all the water. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic and fry in it.

After this add carrot, capsicum, salt and red chillies and cook well. When these vegetables get cooked, then add mushrooms, green chilies and green onions in it, let them cook for about five minutes.

Add Tamarind chutney and honey to it now. When all is well mixed, add noodles and mix soy sauce.

After cooking for 2 minutes, take it out in a plate and on top pour green coriander in it. Thai noodles are ready, serve them hot.
