Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday said different financial institutions have already agreed give a credit of Rs. 22,000 crore for usage of the government's prestigious 'Mission Bhagiratha' scheme.
Another Rs. 8,000 crore of credit is expected to be given to the plan, which goes for giving piped drinking water to each family in the state, he said.
Mr Rao, who held an review on the execution of the program with authorities, said it ought to be finished by December 2017.
Expressing satisfaction on the progress so far, he advised the authorities to see that works are finished speedily as there is no lack of funds for the plan, a discharge from his office said.
He took stock of the progress of the program and talked about different parts of it, the discharge included.
