Sun Pharmaceutical Industries grew 4% to Rs 549 as Dadra plant gets EIR

New Delhi: Indian multinational pharmaceutical company Sun Pharmaceutical Industries on Thursday gained 4% to Rs 549 on the BSE in early trade in subdued market following its Dadra plant gets Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) on completion of inspection from USFDA.

The corporation further stated in a BSE filing that we attained announcement from the US Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) revealing a replica of the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) to the Sun Pharma’s Dadra facility inspection stood on our answer to the Form-483 observation letter.

Dadra is the corporation’s second main plant in India and had attained adverse observations in a US FDA inspection in the first quarter.

At about 09:32 am; the shares gained 3% at Rs 541 on the BSE as contrast to 0.11% decrease in the S&P BSE Sensex.
