For flour – 3 cups flour
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Onions – 1 cup (cut into thin sliced)
Cabbage – 2 cups (thin long cut)
Bean sprouts – 1 cup
Carrot – 1 cup (thickened)
Soya Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
Sugar – 1/2 Tablespoon

To make the Chinese Sooter-Fried Parathas, first pour oil and salt in the flour and knit it well with the help of water.
Heat oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot, add onion in it and fry it well and after that mix all the vegetables in it and cook it well.
After that add soy sauce, sugar and salt to it and cook it for about one minute.
After this, make flour from the dough and lighten it, then fill it in the filled and press the paratha ball.
After this, put it on a hot pan and apply the oil to the paratha and mix it well from both sides. Serve it with sauce or sauce.
