Spring Dosa Recipe



Dose solution – 1 cup
Butter – 4 spoons
Onion – 1 cup chopped
Cabbage – 1 cup washed
Carrot – 1 cup washed
Capsicum – 1 cup finely chopped
Salt and black pepper
Tomato Sauce – 4 Tablespoons
Chilean sauce – 4 teaspoons
Soya Sauce – 4 Tablespoons
Vinager – 2 teaspoons
Hakka noodles – 1 cup boiled
Green leafy onion – 8 teaspoons finely chopped

Method :-

First, heat the dosa tawa, sprinkle little water in it and wipe it with the cloth, put half a dose solution on the pan and spread it in the spacing.

Mix 1 spoon butter, half cup onion, half cup cabbage, half cup carrot, half capsicum, salt and black pepper between the dose and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add 1 spoon tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon chili sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, half spoon vinegar, half cup noodles and 2 teaspoons green leafy onions, mix it and cover it for a few minutes.

After that, spread the stuffing on the whole dose and cook till the dosa crispi becomes. Now fold the dosa and cut into 4 parts and serve it with coconut chutney or sambhar.
