Spinach 1 cup boiled
Gram flour – half cup
Rice flour – half cup
Ginger-1 teaspoon grated
Green Chillies – 3-4 finely chopped
Salt to taste
First of all, grind the spinach and prepare its purée. Now add rice flour, gram flour, ginger, spinach puree, asafoetida, salt and green chilli in a vessel. Mix all these ingredients properly.
After this add little amount of water to this mixture to prepare a thick dough for the dosa.
Now take nonstick pan and keep it on the stove on a medium flame, when pan gets warm, add 4 tablespoons of this mixture and spread it in circle shape.
Apply some drops of oil over it and bake it properly until it turns brown.
