Black pepper

Pepper which is used in tea are comparatively warm than normal pepper. More or frequent intake of it can cause stomach irritation and acidity. Over-consumption of black pepper leads to skin problem. During pregnancy, woman should not consume it as it doesn’t provide benefit.
