Indian smartphone manufacturer Spice on Thursday has now introduced the new Spice V801 in India and has been priced at Rs 7,999. The USP of the new spice smartphone is its fingerprint scanner can be unlocked in just 0.1 seconds and also has assist for dual apps in which one can run two accounts of social media apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The new Spice V801 smartphone will be accessible to purchase via offline retailers.
Talking about the features, the new smartphone is a dual-SIM with a dedicated microSD card slot, runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and is motorized by a 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek (model unspecified) SoC paired with 3GB of RAM and Mali 720 GPU for graphics. The new smartphone sports a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display with 2.5D curved glass.
It has 8-megapixel cameras together on the rear and front sides with an LED flash whereas the front camera has an f/2.0 aperture with support for wide-angle selfies. It has 16GB inbuilt storage space which is expanded further via microSD card (up to 64GB).
The new Spice V801 smartphone reaches with a fingerprint scanner and app cloning feature. It packs a 2700mAh battery that is rated up to 270 hours on standby and the connectivity options comprise Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, USB OTG, Micro-USB, 4G VoLTE and Volte support.
