Nutrella – 1/2 cup
Potatoes – 2 boiled
Capsicum – 2 teaspoons
French beans – 1 cup
Ginger and green chili – half cup
Sweet mango pickle – a spoon
Bread powder – 2 teaspoons
Gram flour – one spoon
Salt to taste
First, soak nutrella in water for 5 minutes and after that take out the water and filter it with sieve.
Now add potatoes, nutrella, sweet mango pickle, gram flour, vegetables, chaat masala, salt and red chillies in another vessel and mix them properly.
Now prepare tikki. When it gets ready, wrap them in bread crumbs.
After this, heat the pan by adding oil to it and compress tikki from both sides.
Soya tikki is ready.
