Six people have been arrested regarding Rs. 75 lakh dacoity at a chartered accountant's office in South Mumbai, police said.
The accused, all of whom are initially from Rajasthan, were recognized as Shrawankumar Purohit (23), Shrawan Rawal (24), Deeparam Mali (23), Modaksingh Rajput (21), Kishore Gahlot (20) and Kailash Vaishnav (35). Police have recovered Rs. 11.50 lakh from them.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Manoj Kumar Sharma said, "The dacoity had occurred on October 4 in Kalbadevi zone under the locale of Azad Maidan police headquarters. The blamed entered the CA's office at night, debilitated the workplace staff with weapons and deserted with three packs brimming with cash and a few reports."
In the wake of scrutinizing the workplace staff, police came to realize that a young, who is depended with the errand of taking the workplace reports for photograph replicating, had educated the xerox administrator concerning some enormous money related exchange in his office, he said.
"The xerox shop administrator's companion Shrawan kumar Purohit, who worked at a versatile embellishment shop in Manish Market, caught their discussion and arranged a burglary with the assistance of his associates from Rajasthan," the DCP said.
Likewise, Shrawan gave the data to Modaksingh Rajput, a history-sheeter, who had executed three thefts and dacoities in Uttar Pradesh, he included.
After the dacoity, all the charged conveyed the goods according to their commitment in the wrongdoing and got away to various areas. After the day of the wrongdoing, Shrawan did not answer to work, which brought him under the police radar.
"In the wake of experiencing the call information records, he was captured from Pune. In light of the data gave by him, police grabbed the rest the individuals from Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Surat," the DCP said.
As per DCP Sharma, no less than five more people are departing suddenly for this situation.
Then, the court remanded the captured blamed in police guardianship till October 26.
