singhara flour – 100 grams
Ghee – a table spoon
Sugar – 100 grams
Cardamom – 4
Add ghee in a pan and heat it. Then, add singhara flour in a ghee until it becomes light pink.
Now, add 3 cup water in the roasted singhara flour and stir it with spoon.
Cook it for 5 minutes after boiling. Stir till it gets thick like halwa.
Now, apply ghee in plate and put singhara halwa on a plate and spread it so that it gets thick
After cooling, cut the halwa into your favorite shape.
Serve it in the plate.
