Artist John Legend says most of the big record labels rejected him in his initial days in the music industry.
The 37-year-old vocalist musician, who initially signed to Kanye West's record name GOOD Music, said he attempted to make it in the industry, reported Female First.
"I got turned around each real record name who I met with – including Sony (John's present record name) – and you know, I needed to continue enduring in spite of the nos and hold up till I got to yes," John said.
Be that as it may, the Oscar-winning vocalist feels the dismissal was "useful" as he had as of now tasted this present reality before getting to be fruitful.
"I think it was useful for me to end up celebrated when I was a grown-up as of now; I was twenty-six years of age. I believe it's harder for individuals that get to be well known when they're a considerable measure more youthful on the grounds that you never must be a grown-up without being in this exceptionally farfetched world," he said.
"It is implausible in the event that you don't recognize what this present reality resemble and me having lived in this present reality for some time was exceptionally useful," he said.
