Tech giant Samsung has announced their customers about the delay in Samsung Galaxy Note 7.
The customers who have already done the pre booking of the phone will have to face incovenience. The company has faced complaints by the customers as they are facing charging problem.
The message has been delievered by the company to the customers who has done pre booking of the phone. It has written, "Thank you for pre-booking Galaxy Note 7. We regret to inform that delivery of your Galaxy Note 7 is being delayed. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. You can be assured that we are working hard to deliver your Galaxy Note 7 to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding."
The customers have faced exploding issue due to the battery fault, and the problematic battery is apparently only in 0.1 percent of the entire Note 7 units sold.
Company has proclaimed that the safety of the customers is their top priority, and countermeasures will be announced sometime early next week.
Currently, the date for the shipping has not been finalized yet by the company.
Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has been unveiled in India at Rs 59,900.
