Roti – 4
Onion- 1 finely chopped
Tomato- 1 finely chopped
Green Chillies – 2 Finely Chopped
Capsicum finely chopped
Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
Pea – 1 cup
Peanut burgers – 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder-1 Tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tablespoon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
Finely chopped green coriander leaves
First of all, do small pieces of rotis to make Upma. After that, add oil to the frying pan and heat it. Now add mustard seeds to it.
Add green chilies, onions to this mixture and cook it on a medium flame. When the onions starts getting brown, add tomatoes, capsicum, peas and cook it for 3 minutes.
Take a vessel and add coriander, red chilli powder and groundnut seeds to it and cook it. When peanut grains are cooked, mix the pieces of bread and salt in it properly.
