Somnath Temple: It is one of the most beautiful temples of Gujarat which is in existence from ancient times. The temple is known to be the most sacred one among 12 Jyotirilings in India. Somnath actually means “Lord of Moon”. This temple receives major footfall of devotees and tourists. It’s said that temple was built by moon god from gold, rebuilt from silver by Ravana, then from wood by lord Krishna and then from stone by King Bhimdev.
Dwarkadhish Temple: this temple is also known as Jagat Mandir or Trilok Sundar Mandir this temple is dedicated to lord Dwarkadhish (Lord Krishna). This temple is 25,000 years old and receives footfall in thousands over a year.
Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple: this temple is one of the largest temples of Gujarat. The temple was built at Kalupur in Ahemdabad. This temple is dedicated to Swaminarayan and has amazing architectural carvings. The temple is mostly crowded from devotees and tourists.
Bhalka Tirtha Temple: it is the famous Lord Krishna’s temple, Bhalka Tirtha. Lord Krishna was mistakenly shot in the foot by hunter and it is the place where he left earth for his heavenly abode and a Tulsi Tree has been planted there in Lord Krishna’s memory.
