Record Breaking : Indian Volunteers Plants 50 million trees in 24 hours


Uttar Pradesh: On Monday Indian Volunteers broke record of planting 50 million trees in 24 hours. At Lucknow to augment the forest cover and to get into the Guiness World records for the more number of trees planted in 24 hours, people from all saunter of life came jointly to plant trees at selected areas next to roads, rail tracks and forest lands in the city of Kannauj, 250 kilometers southwest of the state capital. Almost 8,00,000 volunteers attached the fight next to climate change. Though the 50 million trees cultivation force is still a very little effort when it comes to battling the consequence of climate change.
