Ingredients– 1kg chicken (boneless), ginger , 10 cloves of garlic , 1 table spoon coriander powder, 1 table spoon tumaric powder , 3 fine chopped onion, 2 sliced oinon, 1 cup grated coconut, 4 green chilli , 8 kashmiri chilli, 2 green cardamom , pinch of nutmeg , 3 cinnamon , 1/2 table spoon fennel , 1 table spoon khas khas , 1 javitri , 2 table spoon ghee , 4 table spoon oil and salt according to your taste.
Method: Cut the chicken into small pieces, put some salt on it and keep aside for 1 hour.
Mix Ginger, garlic, coriander and turmeric powder in mixer to make a paste. Marinette the chicken with paste for about 30 min. put 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add onions and fry until they are golden.
Put grated coconut in them and mix well and after cooling and grind them in the mixer. Heat the oil in another pan and put some green peppers. In the same pan add, green cardamom, cinnamon piece, fennel, poppy seeds, nutmeg, coriander, and cook whole.
Remove the fried green peppers from the heat, make a paste of spices with the coconut mixture.
Heat ghee in a pan, add onions and fry until its golden. Saute for 3-4 minutes on high heat, add the chicken. Saute for 5 minutes, add the above paste.
Put water according to requirement and cook on low flame chicken. Garnish with green coriander and serve.
