Godhra train burning case: Gujarat High Court to announce judgement today
Ahmedabad: The Gujarat High Court is all set to announce its judgement in the 2002 Godhra train carnage case today. The incident takes the lives of nearly 59 people when the S-6 coach of Sabarmati Express was set on fire at the Godhra Railway Station on February 27, 2002.
The frightening train attack had led to pervasive clashes in Gujarat in which more than 1,000 people were died.
A special court had detained nearly 31 persons in February year 2011 as they were suspected for planning the train torching incident. Among 31 accused, nearly eleven were issued death penalty, on the other hand, 20 received life term.
The Special Investigation Team assumed that Maulvi Saeed Umarji played big role in planning the Godhra train burning case. Later, he was released by the special court. The judgement was confronted by the state government and the prisoners ahead of the Gujarat High Court on April 6, 2011.
Several pilgrims involving 1,700 karsevaks had boarded the Sabarmati Express train on February 25. It was heading towards Ahmedabad.
Sabarmati Express train was nearly four hours late on February 27 and it halted at Godhra. When train began again at the station, the culprit pulled the chains in front of the Godhra railway station.
Later, the driver of the train affirmed that the chains had been drawn several times so as to discontinue the train.
Following the train was halted, nearly 2,000 people holding weapons and petrol targeted the train. They even pelted stone on train. Moreover, they closed the doors of the S6 coach from outer, dispense petrol within and set it ablaze.
The cops probe disclosed Aman Guest house owner Abdul Razak Kurkur had set 60-litre patrol ahead of the issue.
Bangladesh : 12 dead as boat carrying Rohingya refugees from Myanmar overturned
Nearly 12 people lost their lives and several others were missing on Monday following a boat carrying Rohingya refugees overturned in Rakhine state of Myanmar.
As per coast guard and border guard officials, it was carrying 100 people when it capsized on Sunday in the Naf river that divides Myanmar from its South Asian neighbour Bangladesh.
Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) official Abdul Jalil affirmed that 12 bodies had been evacuated following a fortnight rescue operation. He added, “The boat included 10 children, an elderly woman and a man”.
The boat overturned close to Shah Porir Dwip, Bangladesh, asserted Lieutenant Colonel Ariful Islam.
Over 500,000 ethnic Rohingya Muslims have rushed to Myanmar ever since Aug. 25 during an assault by Rohingya terrorists on cops and military posts in Rakhine State. It received vicious reaction from Myanmar’s armed forces which the United Nation mentioned as “ethnic cleansing”.
Myanmar’s government refuses the charges of racial cleansing.
Following the clashes, Rohingya persist to enter into neighbouring Bangladesh through land and sea in the middle of reports that Myanmar’s military and Buddhist group have attacked Rohingyas.
Recently, the boat capsized at sea indulging Rohingya refugees. In the recent times, a boat carrying nearly 80 refugees overturned in the sea. Among which seventeen managed to survive, on the other hand, 23 lost their lives.

‘Padmavati’ film’s trailer represents the love bonding amid Shahid and Deepika’s roles. However it is Ranveer’s role that has stolen the show. Bajirao’s gesture in the trailer fully matches with his role. Moreover, dazzling costumes donned by these three actors are making everyone fall in love with them.
India VS Australia T20: Teams received warm welcome at Guwahati for second clash
The India and Australian cricket teams reached to Guwahati on Sunday for the second Twenty20 match that will be held at Barsapara Stadium in Guwahati. Several fan followers of India and Australia team collected at the airport to welcome them. On November 28, 2010 Indian team defeated New Zealand by 40 runs in One Day International matches. Barsapara stadium has a capacity of 37,000 people.
As per the reports, the bookings for game have been done already.

Chinese smartphone maker company Huawei is all set to unveil Honor 7X handset in the market soon. The features of handset has been leaked on GeekBench website before October 11 launch in China.
The leaks on GeekBench’s website revealed that the cellphone will come up with 4GB RAM, 1.71 GHz octa-core processor. The handset operates on Android Nougat. The Honor 7X handset includes 64GB of internal storage that can be expandable to 256GB using microSD card. The handset boasts dual camera involving 16MP + 2MP. The cellphone has 8MP camera on the front to take selfies. The handset runs on Android Nougat. The smartphone involves 3,240mAh battery. The customer will be able to purchase handset in Blue, Black and Gold color variants. It has metal unibody design that comes with 2.5D curved glass on top.
Honor 7X involves two variants involving 3GB RAM with 64GB internal storage, 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage. The handset involves 1,799 Yuan approx Rs 17,600 and 2,099 Yuan approximately Rs 20,600.
