BJP leaders, including union ministers M Venkaiah Naidu and Ananth Kumar, on Wednesday recorded a fourth arrangement of assignment papers for the benefit of NDA presidential hopeful Ram Nath Kovind.
The nomination papers were recorded before Lok Sabha Secretary General Anoop Mishra, who is the returning officer for the race.
Leaders of YSR Congress Party, which is supporting Kovind, were additionally present.
Kovind had documented three arrangements of nomination papers on June 23.
He confronts challenge from previous Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar, who is the applicant of major opposition parties, including Congress. Kumar recorded her nomination papers on Wednesday, the most recent day for filing nomination.
The NDA has clear edge in the presidential elections and Kovind is generally anticipated that would win the July 17 decision.
