Rajasthan: Robbers assassinated young man in Sriganganagar

Some unknown Robbers murdered a young man in Lalgarh Jatan police station area on Thursday in Sriganganagar district of Rajasthan. As per the reports, the robbers took lakhs of rupees in cash along with them.

Police Station Officer-in-Charge Gurmail Singh affirmed that Pankaj Soni, 27, resident of Indira Colony took about seven kg of silver jewellery at around six o’clock in the morning on a motorcycle to Sriganganagar.

He was stopped by three unknown robbers from a motorcycle near Budarwali village on Sadulshahar Lalgarh Jatan road. They allegedly gunned him down and robbed a bag full of cash and silver.

They informed that after getting the information about the incident, the Deputy Superintendent of Police Dinesh Meena and other police officers reached the spot and took the body of the deceased in possession and kept him in the mortuary of the hospital. Police have registered a case of murder against unknown robbers and started searching them.
