Jaipur: In the absence of treatment during the doctor’s strike in Rajasthan, a PIL filed in the High Court for filing a case of culpable homicide in relation to those who died. The High Court will hear the petition on 27th November.
Advocate Abhinav Sharma said in a PIL filed in the High Court today that 30 people died due to the absence of treatment in different hospitals of the state during the strike. There was no fault of them. He died due to dogma.
Therefore, doctors should register a case of culpable human slaughter. Similar PIL has also been filed by advocate Mahesh Sharma. A bench of Justice S Sawant Zaveri, while accepting both the petitions, fixed the date for November 27 for the hearing.
