Milk – one liter
Sugar – one cup
Cardamom powder – one teaspoon
Almonds – One big spoon (finely chopped)
Pistachios – One big spoon (finely chopped)
Put the milk in a heavy bottom vessel and place it on stove in a medium flame.
When the milk starts boiling, then do flame on medium and leave it until it gets half.
Stir it in the middle so that the milk does not get stick in the utensil.
When the milk is half, turn off the gas and add sugar to the milk. Mix it well
After this, let the milk to get cool completely. Keep this milk in fridge for cooling.
Add almonds and pistachios to the milk and serve it
