Desi ghee-2 teaspoons
Kalanji – 2 teaspoons

Roasted gram flour – 5 teaspoons
Garam Masala- One Tablespoon
Coriander Powder- One Tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder – 2 Tablespoons
Fat fennel- 2 teaspoons
Coriander Powder – 2 Tablespoons
Big Onions – 7-8 Finely Chopped
First, filter the flour and then add ghee to it and mix it well. Now mix flour of flour with the help of hot water and let it set for about an hour.
Now add one spoon of oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot then add garam masala, sharad pad or black color. After this add onion and salt.
When the onion is well roasted, add red chili powder, coriander powder, roasted gram flour, roasted fennel and coriander, and mix well.
Now, take this spice in a vessel and pour oil in a pan for frying the trash. Break the small dough from the flour and fill it with the masala and roll it with light hands.
Now put the trash in hot oil and fill them well with both sides. Onions of the onion are ready.
