Indian Rio Olympic Silver Medallist PV Sindhu defeated Chinese sixth seed He Bingjiao in the Korean Open Superseries tournament on Saturday. This win helped her to reach to the women’s singles final.
PV Sindhu holds off He Bingjiao with a 21-10, 17-21, 21-16 in the semi-final game that was held at SK Handball Stadium.

Now, PV Sindhu will face off Nozomi Okuhara, who defeated the Hyderabadi in the World Championships concluding match that took place in Glasgow in the month of August.

In the career meetings, Okuhara took a lead by 4-3 over 22-year-old PV Sindhu. Now, the duo will face off each other on Sunday.
In the match, unseeded Indonesian Anthony Sinisuka Ginting astonished South Korean top seed Son Wan Ho by 16-21, 21-18, 21-13 score.
On Sunday, Ginting will play against opponent player Jonatan Christie, who beat Chinese Taipei’s seventh seed Wang Tzu Wei by 21-13, 21-17.
