Presidential Election 2017: Telangana CM starts Voting In Hyderabad


HYDERABAD:  In context of Presidential elections 2017, Hyderabad CM has started voting in the Telangana Legislative Assembly from Monday.

Earlier, the ruling TRS party had acknowledged support in the elections to NDA nominee Ram Nath Kovind.

The TRS members reached at the Assembly in a bus from their BJP office.

On Sunday, the meeting was conducted by BJP MLA’s to acquaint  them with the voting process.

The rate of each MLA’s vote in Telangana is 132.

The officials have done detailed planning for the upcoming election.

UPA’s nominee for the top constitutional position is Ex-Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar.

Prior, Ram Nath Kovind, the ex-Bihar governor and Ms Kumar went to Hyderabad to waken support for their submission.

The ruling TRS party has a power of 82, goes by Congress (19), MIM (7), BJP (5), TDP (3), CPI (1), CPI-M (1) and Independent (1).
