Poha Potato Tikki Recipe


Ingredients –

Poha – Half Bowl

Wheat Flour – Half Bowl

Gramflour – 2 Tablespoons

Green Chillies – One quarter cup (chopped)

Apple Kheer Recipe

Cumin Seeds

Fenugreek seeds


Salt to taste

Potatoes – 2 (boiled)

Garlic Paste – 2 Tablespoons

Green Chili Paste – 3 Tablespoons

Curry Leaves – 3, 4

Salt to taste

Method –

First, heat the oil in a pan and add garlic-green chilli paste and curry leaves and let them fry. Later, add potatoes and salt to it and take it out in a bowl.

Now mix all the ingredients and prepare dough. Make small loaf with the help of this mixture and prepare tikki.

Now add oil in pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, then add one tikki on low flame to it.

Serve it with a sauce or chutney.
