INDORE: PM Modi is all set for the public meeting which will took place in Bhabra, the birthplace of Chandra Shekhar Azad in Alirajpur on August 9. He would address the meeting to mark 70 years of Independence and 74 years of Quit India Movement.
On Thursday, Divisional commissioner Sanjay Dubey had told the heads of different government departments to make appropriate arrangements at the venue.
“Officials were instructed to repair the damaged roads of the village, encroachments would also be removed, and sign boards would be installed leading to the venue”, Sanjay Dubey said.
“CEO of Zila Panchayat has been instructed to ensure cleanliness in the areas that the Prime Minister would visit. The administration would also provide food to the villagers and visitors on the day of Modi's visit. Temporary toilets would also be constructed in the area.”
Special instruction has been given to the officials that a helipad must be required for PM Modi as there will be huge gathering. Moreover, Ambulances, fire brigade and necessary medicines would be available in abundant to deal with any troublesome incident. A control room would be setup to monitor the event.
From August 6 to August 9, power supply would remain uninterrupted for three days.
