Pink Berry Sangria

One of my favorite things about summer is all the parties. Especially because all the parties can be outside. By the pool! Or by the firepit! Or by the lake! I love an outdoor party. I especially love an outdoor party that includes wine!.
If you are hosting a party this summer, I definitely recommend making a sangria. It tends to be inexpensive since you can get away with a cheaper bottle of wine and then you add in some other liquids (strawberry flavored vodka and Sprite or 7Up in this case) so it really stretches for a crowd. Plus, fruit. So it's like a drink and a snack in one!
This is one of my favorite sangria recipes. It really cannot be any easier. You just put some strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries in the bottom of a big pitcher. Add in some pink moscato wine and strawberry vodka and then pop it in the fridge until your friends show up for the party. Right before you serve it, top it off with some Sprite and then fill a bunch of glasses with ice.
It is sweet and refreshing and the perfect use for summer berries.

Pink Berry Sangria

1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 (750 mL) bottle pink moscato
1/2 cup strawberry vodka
2 cups Sprite or 7Up

In a pitcher, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, moscato, and vodka. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, add Sprite and stir to combine.
Serve over ice, making sure each glass gets some of the berries!
