Potatoes – 3
Lemon – 1
Tomatoes – 2
Coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder – 1 spoon
Red pepper -1 teaspoon
Garlic buds – 5
Pav Bhaji Masala – 2 Tablespoons
Salt to taste
First of all, peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut them in small pieces and peel off the peas.
Cook these vegetables in less water in the cooker. When the vegetables gets well cooked, turn off the gas. Mash these boiled vegetables after it gets cool.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin, garlic, ginger paste, green chilies, onions and spices and fry them lightly.
Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red pepper, garam masala, pav Bhaji masala, salt and cook the spices well.
When the spices start leaving the oil, add the mashed vegetables in it. Let it cook for some time.
