Curd – 2 cups
Cumin-1 fourth spoon
Garam Masala – 1 Tablespoon
Oil – 1 tbsp
Red Chilly – 2-3 Pure
Turmeric – one fourth spoon
Salt to taste
To make yogurt Papad’s vegetable, first make small pieces of Papad, then heated to 2 cups of water on the gas.
When the water boils, boil it by adding papad in it.
Remove the water from the papad and separate the oil and heat the oil in a pan.
When the oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds, red chilly and cumin seeds and fry it.
After this add tomato, curd, garam masala, turmeric, salt and cook them well.
Now add boiled papad in it, cook the vegetable for two to three minutes and close the gas.
Yogurt is ready to be a Papad vegetable, you can eat it with bread or rice.
