Flour – 3 cups
Maida- 1 Cup
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Paneer – 500 gms
Onion – 8,10 finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – 1 Cutlery Cut Off
Green Chillies – 3 Finely Chopped
Salt to taste
Add flour, maida, 2 spoons of oil in a vessel and mix it with water.
Cover the dough for 2 hours. Now break this dough and prepare plaid.
Keep these plaid for 15 minutes as it is. Apply dry flour over this plaid and spread properly. Now, prepare roti with the help of this plaid.
Keep pan on medium flame on a stove.
Put roti on the pan and put cheese, onion, green chillies, green coriander, salt. Now, fold the paratha from middle.
