A cup of paneer pieces
One cup gram flour
A pinch of asafoetida
A pinch turmeric powder
Half teaspoon red chilli powder
2 pinch of Garam Masala Powder
Half teaspoon oregano
Chatt masala as required
Salt to taste
Water as needed
First, mix well by adding gram flour, asafoetida, turmeric, red chilli, garam masala powder, oatmeal salt and water in a vessel.
Put oil in a pan and keep it warm on the gas, after this, put a piece of cheese in the gram flour and pour it in hot oil and fry until it becomes golden on medium flame.
When pakora is completely fried, take it out in a plate. Likewise, all the paneer pieces are fried.
When all the pakoras are ready, serve them with green chillies and sweet chutney.
